Instructions for Filling Out the Online Student Registration Form

Please read the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth registration process

Required Documents: Keep the following documents ready to upload (as applicable):
- Student’s recent photograph.
- Father’s recent photograph.
- Mother’s recent photograph.
- Residence proof (any two).
- Sibling’s fee receipt (if applicable).
- Father’s Class 10th/12th marksheet (if DPS Navi Mumbai alumnus).
- Mother’s Class 10th/12th marksheet (if DPS Navi Mumbai alumnus).

Nursery to Sr. Kg. (Submit hardcopy of Registration Form with following documents)

Self Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority (Birth Certificate will not be accepted without child’s name)
Self Attested Photocopy of Residence Proof

This is an electronic registration form for DPS Nerul, Navi Mumbai only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your application.
Please fill in each entry of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.

Stream Name: Science (Non Medical), Science (Medical), Commerce, Humanities

Document Uploading

Mandatory upload: Photos of students and parents, aadhar copy of student and parents.
Other fields to be added as per the instructions on first page
